"Privacy Policy" refers to this Privacy Policy.
"BerryHi", "we", "us" and/or "our" refers to BerryHi Inc. and its Affiliates, unless specified otherwise.
"Services", "Applications" refers to our "Parameter Room" Software.
"Customer", "You" and "your" refers to the individual to whom personal data covered by this Privacy Policy relates.

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect from you through our VR application and how we use it.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
Account Information: Your email address and password.
Age Information: We access the age information associated with your Meta Quest account to verify your eligibility to use our service.
VR Environment Data: Room scan data generated by your Meta Quest device to render your physical space in the virtual environment.
In-Game Activity Data: Data about your movements and actions within the application, which is used to animate your avatar.
User-Generated Images: Photos and images you voluntarily share within the application, including metadata associated with those images.
Payment and Transaction Information: When you make an in-app purchase, we and/or our third-party payment processors collect information necessary to complete the transaction. This may include financial details and personal identification information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data only for specific and necessary purposes:
For Authentication: Your email and password are used exclusively for logging you into our service and managing your account.
To Verify Eligibility: Your age information is used solely to confirm that you meet the age requirements for our application.
To Enable Shared Experiences: Your Room Scan Data, In-Game Activity Data, and User-Generated Images are used only to share your virtual room, avatar's appearance, actions, and shared content with other users in real-time during a gameplay session.
To Process Transactions: Your payment and transaction information is used only to process your in-app purchases and fulfill your orders securely.
3. Data Sharing and Security
We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties. Your payment information is shared with trusted third-party payment processors (e.g., Meta) to securely complete your transactions. We do not store your full financial details on our servers. The only other data shared is the visual representation of your room, avatar, and user-shared images with other players during active gameplay. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information.
4. User Data Rights and Deletion Request (VRC.Quest.Privacy.4 충족)
You have the right to request access to and deletion of your personal data collected and stored by us. To request the deletion of your account and associated data, please submit a formal request via email to parameterroom@berryhi.com. We will process your deletion request and confirm the removal of your data within 30 days, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
[User-Generated Content and Image Sharing Policy]
1. Content Sharing Guidelines
When using our image sharing features to share real-world images within the VR environment, you agree to:
a) Content Standards:
Only share images that you own or have explicit permission to share
Not upload content that contains illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material
Not share content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights
Not share images containing identifiable individuals without their explicit consent
Not share sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory content
Not share content involving minors without parental/guardian consent
b) Prohibited Content: You may not upload or share:
Images that violate any person's privacy or publicity rights
Unauthorized photographs of private individuals or private property
Content that promotes illegal activities or violence
Sexually explicit or suggestive content
Content that discriminates based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Images containing personal identification information (government IDs, credit cards, etc.)
Content that could harm minors or exploit children in any way
2. Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of any content you upload
By sharing content through our Services, you grant BerryHi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to share the content you upload
3. Privacy and Consent
You must obtain consent from any identifiable individuals in your shared images
Do not share images taken in private spaces without permission
Respect others' privacy and personal boundaries
4. Content Moderation and Removal
We reserve the right to review, screen, and remove any content that violates these guidelines
We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate content policies

5. Liability and Indemnification
You are solely responsible for the content you share
BerryHi is not liable for any user-generated content shared through the Services
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BerryHi from any claims arising from content you share
We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of user-generated content
6. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding image sharing, including:
Copyright and intellectual property laws
Privacy and data protection regulations
Laws regarding consent for photography and image sharing
Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) requirements where applicable
7. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content that violates these guidelines:
Use the in-app reporting feature (if available)
Email us at parameterroom@berryhi.com with details of the violation
We will investigate reports within 24-48 hours
8. Consequences of Violations
Violations of this policy may result in:
Immediate removal of the violating content
Temporary suspension of sharing privileges
Permanent account termination for severe or repeated violations
Legal action where appropriate
By using our image sharing features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these content sharing guidelines.

By using this VR application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: Using a VR headset may cause dizziness, nausea, motion sickness, or disorientation, especially during prolonged use. We recommend taking regular breaks.
Safe Environment: You are solely responsible for ensuring your physical play area is safe and free from obstacles. Always be aware of your real-world surroundings.
User-Generated Content: We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from content shared by users, including but not limited to copyright infringement, privacy violations, or inappropriate content exposure.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any physical injuries (such as falling or colliding with objects), property damage, or other losses that may occur while you are using our application with your VR headset. Your use of this application is at your own risk.
